1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. If you are accessing or using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

1.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

1.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or any associated systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or connected servers
• Engage in any activity that could harm or impair the App's functionality
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

2. User Content

2.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including activities, achievements, and shared progress cards. By using the App's sharing features, you grant us a limited license to display your shared content to your intended recipients.

2.2 Content Guidelines

When using social features, you agree not to share content that is offensive, harmful, misleading, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

The App and Website, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the App remain our exclusive property.

3.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5. Subscriptions

5.1 Premium Features

The App offers optional subscriptions ("Aura Pro") that provide access to premium features including unlimited activities, all templates, advanced insights, and more.

5.2 Free Trial

Subscriptions may include a free trial period. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5.3 Billing

We offer monthly and yearly subscription options. Payment will be charged to your credit/debit card through your Apple App Store or Google Play account after you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your account settings before the end of the current period.

5.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until then.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1 App Availability

We strive to provide a reliable App experience but do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or free from harmful components. The App may be subject to limitations and issues beyond our control.

6.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aura and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be indicated by an updated revision date. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
